These Terms of Service govern your use of the KlikIndia website and services. By using KlikIndia, you agree to these terms.
KlikIndia is a platform that helps patients compare prices and book diagnostic lab tests from partner labs across India. KlikIndia itself does not perform lab tests — tests are conducted by the independent diagnostic lab you choose to book with.
When you book a test through KlikIndia, your booking is fulfilled by the diagnostic lab you selected. Pricing, sample collection timing, and report turnaround are determined by that lab. KlikIndia facilitates the booking but is not itself the provider of the diagnostic service.
We work with our partner labs to keep prices and details accurate and up to date. However, prices, availability, and services offered by labs may change; please confirm details with the lab at the time of booking if anything is time-sensitive.
Labs listed on KlikIndia are independent businesses that register to be listed on our platform. NABL certification and other credentials shown are as declared or verified at the time of listing.
You agree to provide accurate information when booking a test or registering a lab, and to use KlikIndia only for lawful purposes.
KlikIndia is not liable for the quality of diagnostic services provided by partner labs, medical outcomes, or delays caused by the lab. Any disputes regarding the test itself should be raised with the diagnostic lab directly; KlikIndia will assist where reasonably possible.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
